What You Will Do

Trimble AECO is looking for a highly motivated, cross-functional Sales Operations Analyst. The right candidate has a proven track record of success in supporting the sales team by analyzing data, managing sales operations processes, and optimizing systems to improve overall sales performance. We seek candidates with broad technical skills, strong financial acumen, and Salesforce.com experience. The role will assist Revenue stakeholders in creating efficiency, assessing performance, and reporting & delivering results. This role will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager in APAC within the Global AECO Sales Operations group.

  • Analysis: Analyzes data to understand the health of the sales funnel, sales patterns, gaps, and areas for improvement.

  • Sales Process/Tools Automation: Automate processes to make the Sales Operations team and sales teams more efficient. Focuses on driving sales rather than on manual tasks. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline sales operations processes.

  • Cross-functional player: As part of the Sales Operations group, partner with other Revenue supporting teams as needed (i.e. Enablement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product)

  • SFDC/CRM Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SFDC/CRM-related issues, ensuring proper usage, data integrity, and functionality.

  • Sales Planning Cycle: Help and Contribute to the sales planning cycle on an annual basis. Drive timeline, alignment, and execution to deliver sales compensation details by annual SKO event

  • Executive Presence: Prepare and present executive summaries to sales leadership on a recurring basis

  • Ability to manage change and expectations through a matrixed environment

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university with a focus of Finance, Accounting, Business or Marketing

  • Professional: 2-3 years experience in Sales Operations, business analysis, or related fields.

  • Technical Skills: Strong Data analysis skills, including excel skills, pivot tables and formulas. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, Qliksense, Domo, or Tableau preferred

  • Communication: Strong analytical, written and verbal communication with a professional presence

  • Cross-Functional: Excels managing multiple projects and shifting demands and finds joy in it. Works cross-functionally with ease. Excited to build something great!

  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and sound judgment

  • Uses ethical principles to guide decisions and actions; demonstrates honesty and integrity in managing people and resources; and treats others with respect, fairness, and concern for their welfare

  • Identifies and resolves problems promptly and gathers and analyzes information skillfully

  • Well-organized, self-directed leader. Remains open to others’ ideas and exhibits a willingness to try new things

  • Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and deals with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events

  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in interactions with co-workers, customers, vendors, and others

  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Listens effectively, transmits information accurately and understandably, and actively seeks feedback. Effectively presents and explains information to various group sizes and levels of knowledge

About Your Location

Work hybrid from our offices in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You may be asked to travel on occasion, across APAC countries. You should therefore be willing and able to travel (Valid passport is required).
