BlueSnap is seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Ops Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our sales operations by leveraging industry best practices and driving technological solutions through platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, self-starter, "makes things happen" approach, which will be integral to enhancing operational efficiency. They will also take ownership of Salesforce and HubSpot administration to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business objectives. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is adept at thinking outside the box and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Responsibilities:

  • Utilize industry best practices and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot to architect solutions that are scalable and aligned with the business objectives, driving tangible value
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to elucidate system requirements, tailor the platforms accordingly, and deliver solutions aimed at enhancing revenue, sales efficacy, and operational streamlining
  • Oversee the administration of the core technology stack beyond CRM, encompassing platforms such as HVS, PactSafe, conversation intelligence tools, among others
  • Partner closely with Sales, Executive Management, Risk, Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather requirements, oversee Salesforce configuration modifications, conduct user acceptance testing, and facilitate the implementation of projects
  • Assume responsibility for all facets of Salesforce/HubSpot Administration, including user management, configuration, integrations, provisioning/deprovisioning, profile and permission management, managed package management, system integration optimization, flow development, and customization of fields and objects
  • Perform regular security audits to ensure adherence to the latest security standards and protocols
  • Own the documentation pertaining to SFDC/HubSpot process enhancements and incoming requests
  • Proactively challenge existing processes and data models to drive optimization and innovation


Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce and HubSpot Administrator
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related scientific field; MBA is preferred
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in sales/revenue operations within the SaaS/Software Enterprise domain, leveraging Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proficient in Flow Builder, approval processes, custom objects, SOQL, validation rules, permission sets, and layouts
  • Exhibit a keen ability to capture and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Display a proactive mindset in identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
  • Showcase a track record of effectively addressing ambiguous problems and devising straightforward solutions to complex challenges
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with adeptness in presentations
  • Excel in analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel, enabling the transformation of raw data into valuable insights
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a firm grasp of key priorities and initiatives
