Job Description:Job Summary: As a Business Operations Analyst for distribution business, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our business processes to support growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our semiconductor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to business operations, including production, supply chain, and sales performance.
o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
o Monitor sales and forecast trends to identify booking opportunities
o Assist in the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans.
2. Process Improvement:
o Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
o Collaborate with departments to design and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Documentation and Training:
o Document business processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance.

o Manage account transactions and processes
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Finance,.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in business operations, finance or a related field, preferably
within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
• Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
o Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry best practices
Work Conditions:
• Office-based role
• May require working outside regular business hours to support operational needs or projects
