About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to become a trusted operational partner to our New Zealand Sales team and our rapidly growing Regulatory Compliance business across Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
This is not a traditional reporting role.
You'll sit at the centre of the business, partnering with sales leaders, business development managers, account managers and technical teams to improve sales effectiveness, strengthen processes and support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
You'll help solve problems, connect teams, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure our sales organisation has the structure and support needed to scale. What You'll Be DoingPartner closely with the New Zealand Sales team to support sales cadence, pipeline health and operational excellence
Act as the key operational representative for New Zealand within the broader Pacific Sales Operations function
Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers with systems, reporting and process improvements
Drive adoption of Salesforce and reinforce data quality, reporting accuracy and sales discipline
Improve forecasting accuracy and sales visibility through reporting and analysis
Help scale our Regulatory Compliance business by introducing structure, operating frameworks and consistent processes
Support technology implementations, migrations and new product launches
Map and improve sales processes across Australia, New Zealand and the UK
Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges and remove barriers to success
Champion AI, automation and digital tools that improve productivity, decision-making and customer outcomes

The confidence to challenge assumptions, ask questions and drive improvements
