To support the increasing growth in Kaseya business, we are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst. Based out of our Bangalore office and reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this position will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders and ensuring commercial compliance in accordance with company guidelines.   • Manage the end-to-end quoting process for new and existing customers, ensuring timely and accurate quote creation and approvals.
  • Create, update, and maintain quotes and contracts as requested by Sales Representatives and Account Managers.
  • Provide operational support to Sales Representatives to help achieve annual sales targets.
  • Support daily sales operations, including quote creation, approval workflows, bookings, and provisioning for end customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate quoting and contract modification insights effectively to cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data across systems to ensure data consistency and seamless sales operations.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations related to Kaseya products to support sales strategies and informed decision-making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quoting, contract management, and sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Interest in technology
  • Prior work experience within order management and/or order fulfillment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Understanding of software subscription businesses, a plus (SaaS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility in schedule as needed to support business demands such as Quarter-End close, new product releases, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
  • Familiarity and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ - a plus
  • Team player comfortable working cross-functionally both within, and without the finance department
