Scope:
The Sales Operations Admin will incorporate administrative, computer and business skills to effectively support the global sales organization. The Sales Operations Admin will play a key role in supporting TTM’s fast-paced quoting, booking, shipping, and invoicing functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer account records within the Sugar Customer Relationship Management and Oracle systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trainer within the scope of the Customer Master environment
- Manage day-to-day account assignment requests between sales management and sales teams
- Manage upkeep of records to support the quoting, booking, shipping, and invoicing functions for each TTM manufacturing facility
- Perform audit of customer accounts created within Sugar and Oracle
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across all system platforms
- Complete duties as assigned by management
- Assist in the creation and development of work instructions
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using the English language
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Proven problem solving and resolution experience
- Ability to coordinate and work effectively with many different departments, companies and personalities
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus
- 1-3 years’ experience in a business administrative function

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
