Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Quotes

  • Support processing of all quote requests for system, upgrade, and service sales in APAC and China, including collecting required approvals and coordinating order follow-up.
  • Support the APAC and China field sales and service organization for the different models’ implementation.
  • Act as a key point of coordination for quote and order-related questions from Sales and Service teams.

Distributor’s performance

  • Support tracking of distributor agreements, due diligence documentation, and renewals in accordance with internal processes.
  • Assist in monitoring distributor performance and preparing monthly or quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Revenue Recognition Activities

  • Coordinate with Logistics, Manufacturing, and internal teams to follow up shipment schedules and payment status in support of revenue recognition activities.
  • Support initiation and collection of required documentation for revenue recognition purposes.
  • Maintain warranty and service contract trackers and support timely renewal preparation to ensure continuity of service revenue.

Forecast

  • Follow up with Sales teams on backlog status, order updates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and support preparation and sharing of order and revenue updates with global teams.

CRM and ERP SUPER USER

  • Support Sales teams with Salesforce.com usage, data quality checks, and basic system questions.
  • Generate standard Salesforce.com reports for management review as required.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. Major in Finance/Accounting/Business is an advantage.
     

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in order administration or sales operations.
  • Experience within the medical device or similar regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP (or similar CRM/ERP systems) is an advantage.

Other Skills, Abilities and Attributes:

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Korean is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Positive, proactive, and able to work effectively in a diverse, team-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
