The Reliability Engineer develops reliability requirements, mentors teams on reliability tools, analyzes failure risks, and tracks progress toward reliability objectives throughout product development.

Designs, develops, integrates, and tests radiation therapy medical device systems. Translates stakeholder needs into system and subsystem requirements, leads ISO 14971 risk management, coordinates hardware and software integration, and develops testing strategies for integration, verification, validation, manufacturing, and service. The role also interprets applicable medical device regulations and standards and may require infrequent travel to vendors or customer sites.

Designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains application software for local, networked, cloud-based, Internet, mobile, and desktop environments. Provides technical leadership, mentors colleagues, and supports safety, quality, and field-service escalations in a regulated environment.

Develop a comprehensive part-level sourcing intelligence model assessing intellectual property ownership, customization, tooling, supplier qualification requirements, spend, risk, operational criticality, and supplier-switching difficulty for Accuray parts.

Serves as the primary HR partner for operational teams, advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, succession, change management, and employee relations. Leads performance management, investigations, talent reviews, organizational design, workforce transformations, and policy compliance. Partners with Legal, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent, DEI, and HRIS teams to align corporate HR strategy with operational execution and improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

Assess and mitigate enterprise privacy risks across systems, cloud services, vendors, data-sharing arrangements, and AI technologies. Conduct PIAs and DPIAs, review DPAs and privacy contract terms, support incident investigations, apply global privacy laws, and contribute to responsible AI governance, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, policies, training, and documentation. Partner with Legal, Security, IT, Product, and business stakeholders.
