About the role
The role focuses on providing support to sales team including sales report, data analysis, promo claims, operation assistance and contract.
- Sales data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Support sales activities related to operation team, sales order, stock allocation and delivery.
- Sales material management including product leaflet, demo machine, GWP, demo tools, etc.
- Support sales related projects including customers and retailers' management, and sales forecast and retail promotion
- Support sales team for presentations and managing specific projects.
- Collaborate with the HR team on store rostering consolidation.
- Assist with payroll and commission calculations.
- Manage purchase orders and quotations with vendors.
- Any other duties as assigned.
About you
- 2+ years related working experience- Sales operations or Sales planning experience is preferred.
- Good numeric sense, intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, positive, organized and result driven.
- Problem-solver, resourceful, ability to work well independently and within a group setting.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Adaptable/flexible – able to multi-task.
