Responsibilities:
Supporting the sales team by serving as the first-line contact for the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system. This includes providing training, troubleshooting, and coordinating with project vendors, IT, operations, and distributors to ensure timely support and system functionality. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact and support for Sales Force Automation (SFA) system issues, user queries, and system enhancements. • Conduct SFA training sessions for new and existing sales team members to ensure optimal system usage. • Liaise with external vendors, IT team, and operations to address system issues and meet support timelines. • Lead and manage Trade Audit processes to ensure field execution compliance and data integrity. • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including system updates, report generation, and coordination of operational tasks. • Collaborate with distributors and internal departments to ensure alignment on system usage, data accuracy, and sales process optimization. • Monitor system usage and generate insights to support continuous improvement in sales operations. • Support sales performance tracking and reporting for management review. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
