Your role as a Sales Officer:
You will be responsible for generating leads, building
relationships with customers, and driving revenue. This role involves direct sales, client consultations, and
collaboration with contractors, builders, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify
and pursue new business sales opportunities for all products and services.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors,
retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop
and present sales proposals tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
- Provide
product recommendations based on customer requirements and budgets.
- Educate
customers on materials, installation processes, and warranties.
- Ensure
excellent customer service and follow-up on inquiries, quotations and
deliveries.
- Monitor
industry trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to optimize sales
strategies.
- Recommend
pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.
- Represent
the company at networking events, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and the operations teams to ensure timely order
fulfilment and delivery.
- Prepare
regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Requirements
Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Sales experience in construction or building materials is preferred.
- Strong negotiation,
communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work
independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
