Job Description
Sales OfficerSales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive pharmaceutical product sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:**
* Achieve individual sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within a designated territory.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
* Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote products and secure orders.
* Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage through effective presentations and detailing.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and threats.
* Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports.
* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events as required.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare landscape.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Skills Required
