About
Company: Our client is a digital lending company with operations across multiple
states in Nigeria.
The
Company is seeking to hire result-oriented Sales Executives who will be
responsible for driving direct loan sales, meeting monthly disbursement
targets, and contributing to revenue growth without compromising portfolio
quality. The role requires a balance of strong sales execution and strict
credit discipline, ensuring sustainable loan performance.
Key
Responsibilities:
§ To source clients and
develop sales through different media.
§ Meet weekly, monthly, and
annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and
marketing strategies.
§ Generate sales by building
long-term relationships with clients.
§ Identify appropriate
prospects, make high-volume sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close
new business in all service categories offered
§ Achieve sales goals by
assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process.
§ Using and updating our
Sales and marketing CRM, ensuring all customer records are up to date, can help
you develop sales in the future.
§ Ability to make
calculations of financial terms and monthly payments.
§ Present, negotiate terms,
and overcome objections.
§ Ability to close deals before
sending them over to the Credit team for acceptance
§ Working with the
underwriting and credit team to ensure proposals are written in a professional
manner that will help the approval process.

§ Experience in lead
generation, client relationship management, and sales closure
§ Strong communication and
negotiation skills
§ Ability to conduct market
research and prepare sales presentations
§ Proficiency in developing
and implementing sales strategies
§ Excellent time management
and organizational skills
§ Ability to work
independently and in a hybrid environment
§ Experience in the
financial services industry is a plus
Benefits
Compensation: N150,000 Monthly
Allowance + Commission based incentives
