Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new customers, including households, cooperatives, institutions, retailers, and bulk buyers.
- Promote WeBuy’s value proposition: affordable pricing, quality assurance, and reliable delivery.
- Organize and manage customer buying groups to drive group purchasing initiatives.
- Receive, verify, and process customer orders for bulk foodstuffs and groceries.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Communicate order status, delivery timelines, and updates to customers clearly and proactively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Educate customers on product availability, pricing, and ordering procedures.
- Work toward and exceed assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer data, and transaction history.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and customer feedback to management.
