Location

Our Sales & Marketing Intelligence Analyst  is an integral part of our team at Poatek. To help retain our deep culture of collaboration, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity in our Porto Alegre office. 

The Opportunity

As a Sales & Marketing Intelligence Analyst at Poatek you will be a key player in our organization who augments our go to market strategy by finding, understanding, and actioning insights that help us to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. Working closely with the VP of Demand Generation this role will help us to understand our market, identify prospects, and track their progress through the marketing funnel to surface higher probability conversion opportunities for Sales & Marketing leadership. 

Responsibilities

  • Source intelligence for "always on" sales plays including tracking job changes, periodically revisiting old opportunities, tracking advertising and email engagements, and otherwise monitoring signal intelligence. 
  • Understand who is engaging with our website, content, social channels, and paid media to track funnel movement of Target Accounts and seek to de-anonymize individuals from within the cohort. 
  • Analyze target accounts to identify prospects and align those personas with Poatek and WillowTree's service lines and marketing offers. 
  • Conduct 'social proximity" audits to make connections between prospects and WillowTree employees and ambassadors.
  • Support the events team by identifying prospects attending events and sorting post-event lists. 
  • Enrich existing data sources using a mix of data sources including our CRM and publicly available information. 
  • Support audience building for advertising, email campaigns, and event prospecting. 
  • Help to develop and evolve target accounts lists for each of vertical and subsectors. 

Qualifications

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the talent to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of our industry (IT consulting and outsourcing) and/or deep knowledge of one or more of WillowTree's core verticals or service lines.
  • Experience working with Salesforce is a great plus
