Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.

  • Monitor sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and product offerings.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement of products, services, and marketing strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using the company's CRM or sales management tools.

  • Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging marketing trends, and best practices to enhance sales performance and brand positioning.
