Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales professional to join our sales
team.
In this Roel, you will be responsible for driving sales , developing new market opportunities,
and achieving sales targets by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for semiconductor testing
products.
2.Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including potential customers and markets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and
loyalty.
3.Collaborate with the R&D team to provide professional product demonstrations and
technical support.
4.Prepare and submit sales reports, including market analysis, customer feedback, and
sales forecasts.
5.Attend industry trade shows and conferences to increase the visibility of the company
and its products.
Job Requirements:
1.Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronics Engineering, Marketing, or a related
field.
2.Sales experience in the semiconductor or related industry is preferred.
3.Familiar with semiconductor testing equipment and markets.
4.Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
7.Willingness to travel frequently to meet customer needs and develop markets.
