We are currently recruiting a highly ambitious Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the Copenhagen market to be responsible for developing existing business and soliciting new business for 1 Hotel Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

About you... 

  • Experience within lifestyle luxury hospitality is a huge asset.

  • Passionate about hospitality sales and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience. 

  • An expert in Corporate Sales, an all-rounder, a natural salesperson and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. 

  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written. 

  • Driven and ambitious, with a tenacity to get the job done. 

  • Having worked with various sales systems, and can adapt quickly to new tools and platforms, optimizing efficiency and performance. 

  • Flexibility is key, as the role involves regular travel and client meetings to foster strong relationships. 

  • Experience in an international setting is a valuable asset that enhances the ability to work effectively across different cultures and markets. 

  • Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a great advantage.

Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of the Copenhagen market
  • Minimum of 3 years hospitality sales experience

  • Strong professional network and leadership skills with track record in team engagement and financial performance
