The Role
Lead and grow AMAX client relationships by selling advanced HPC, GPU, and cloud server solutions. Conduct market research, prospect new customers, deliver presentations and demos, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with engineering and marketing, support implementations, hit assigned sales quotas, and travel for customer visits.

  • Provide advanced computing solutions tailored to customers’ unique business applications (research and business analysis will often be required).

·         Identify market opportunities and conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and preferences. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.

·         Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable plans and specifications.

  • Diligently hunt & prospect new customers through targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling.
  • Provide accurate, prompt, and thorough responses to customers’ product needs and inquiries and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and AMAX.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of products and services.
  • Adhere to the company's strategic direction and engage in our marketing initiatives to support the promotion of our products and solutions.
  • Achieve annual quota as assinged.
  • Customer visits are required; travel as needed

Requirements

·         5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development

·         IT/HPC/Cloud Computing/Server background or related industry strongly preferred

·         Demonstrated ability to successfully develop, execute, and realize strategic initiatives

·         Exceptional communication and presentation ability a must

·         Driven to meet aggressive goals and deliverables with integrity and accountability
