At the forefront of CHANEL’s relationship with its clients, the Fashion Sales Manager plays a key role in driving business performance, elevating the client experience and developing a team of Fashion Advisors.

Combining strong business acumen, people leadership and a deep understanding of the brand, the Sales Manager contributes to delivering CHANEL’s vision within the boutique, ensuring excellence in every client interaction and team dynamic.

  • Contribute to the business performance by monitoring boutique results, analysing key indicators and identifying opportunities to enhance outcomes
  • Support the execution of the Maison’s strategy and commercial priorities, ensuring alignment and consistency within the boutique
  • Engage actively in the development of the team, providing regular feedback and supporting individual growth through continuous coaching
  • Conduct meaningful and forward-looking development conversations, helping team members build on their strengths and identify areas for progression
  • Translate business objectives into clear individual goals, fostering a strong sense of ownership and accountability across the team
  • Proactively address performance-related topics when needed, maintaining a constructive and solution-oriented approach in all situations
  • Lead by example on the boutique floor, delivering a highly personalised and memorable client experience
  • Act as a CHANEL ambassador, embodying the values of the House and contributing to an aspirational and inspiring environment
  • Support the development of long-term client relationships, encouraging a personalised and consistent clienteling approach
  • Contribute to a positive and cohesive team dynamic, promoting collaboration, trust and collective spirit

Profile

  • Relevant experience in luxury retail, ideally within Fashion
  • Strong sensitivity to client experience and service excellence
  • Ability to analyse performance and contribute to business development
  • Demonstrated ability and motivation to support team development and engagement
  • Confidence in navigating a variety of situations with professionalism and adaptability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of engagement, sense of responsibility and team spirit
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
