Job Description

As a Sales Manager Supply Chain (Generix Suite Supply Chain Hub) you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Main Responsibilities 

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively looking for new WMS/ TMS customers and expanding our client base. 

- Determine the sales strategy by identifying the added value of Generix solutions.

- Identify key contacts (CIOs and business unit management) and build strong relationships with all decision-makers at strategic accounts.

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers by expanding our services and products on our installed base. 

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. 

- Understand the client’s business challenges and build solutions accordingly.

- Develop business cases and determine the ROI of solutions.

- Work closely with Supply Chain project directors in order to understand and communicate to the client the capabilities of our solutions. 

- Participate in webinars of Generix solutions or fairs during the year. 

- Support the client in their relationships with partners. 

- Coordinate Generix’s activities for the account.

- Work with the Sales Direction to build strong relationships with consulting firms / partners.

Qualifications

- Formal training in Sales (degree or certification) is an asset. 

- At least 3 years of proven experience in working with or selling Supply Chain Solutions (focus on WMS and TMS solutions). 

- Strong track record in business development and account management within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry. 

- Knowledge and/or working experience with Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse operations is a plus. 

- Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus. 

- Good level of English is mandatory, French speaking skills are a plus. 

- Ability to be autonomous and proactive in client seeking and managing. 

- Strong Team Spirit and Motivation.
