Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager at our location in Westborough, MA.
Manager our team of Territory Managers on all aspects of customer service including pro-active maintenance & retention, pricing & service integrity, managing Books of Business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assist Sales team in the field as needed.
- Assist in new hire selection process, onboarding, and training.
- Must demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years outside sales/B2B experience preferred.
- Waste industry experience preferred.
- Experience with contract selling will be an asset.
- Previous Sales supervision experience.
- Computer literate - Salesforce experience is a plus!
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver's license required - this position requires frequent driving.
- Willingness and ability to relocate as career advances.
