We are looking for a Sales Manager to expand business opportunities across the Forex and iGaming sectors. This role is focused on building new partnerships, managing the entire sales process independently, and developing strong relationships with merchants in high-risk industries.
Role is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition within target markets and verticals, with a focus on Forex and iGaming
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and signed agreements
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and strategic partners
- Engage directly with decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Payments
- Continuously monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity
- Work closely with Product and internal stakeholders to support product improvements based on client and market needs
- Maintain a stable and predictable pipeline of new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong B2B sales background within Fintech, Payments, PSP, or Gateway companies, relevant experience in the fintech/payments industry is a must-have
- Solid understanding of online payments, acquiring, and payment processing flows
- Proven ability to independently drive the full sales cycle and successfully close deals and generating revenue growth (not only manage existing accounts)
- Existing network within the iGaming and/or Forex industries is a must have
- Experience working with high-risk merchants
- Languages proficiency: fluent English is mandatory, knowledge of Russian would be a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and take ownership of results
- Relationship-oriented mindset with focus on long-term partnerships
- Commercially driven and results-focused approach
Would be a plus:
- Experience selling payment orchestration solutions
- Background working with international or high-load fintech products
