Join Second Foundation’s Vilnius office as a Sales Manager and take the lead in turning the energy transition into real commercial wins. You’ll bring our cutting-edge trading and balancing services to operators of battery storage systems, biogas plants, CHP plants and other flexible energy assets — backed by proven algorithms, strong technical expertise, and a product that delivers measurable revenue optimization. We provide the edge; you close the deals. 

 What you would work on? 

  • Leading sales activities for our flexibility and origination portfolio. 
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies for our ‘Trading as a Service’ offering. 
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers in the field of battery storage and medium-size power plant operators. 
  • Independently conducting contract negotiations and designing tailor-made sales solutions. 
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with operators, project developers and investors. 
  • Creating compelling offers and presentations based on concrete performance data from our existing portfolio. 
  • Analyzing customer requirements and working closely with our analytics team to develop tailored marketing strategies. 
  • Representing Second Foundation at conferences, trade fairs and industry events. 
  • Monitoring market developments and competitor activities. 

What makes you a great candidate? 

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales in the energy sector. 
  • In-depth understanding of energy markets and trading products. 
  • Strong technical understanding of power plants and storage technologies. 
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented approach. 
  • Willingness to travel within Baltics. 
  • Fluent Lithuanian and fluent English language skills.
