The Position

Sales Manager responsibility is to lead the team of Territory Account Managers and manage key accounts. This role is integral in driving sales growth, ensuring our products remain the preferred choice for healthcare professionals, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts.

This position reports into Country Lead Bulgaria

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Territory Account Managers to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and address challenges.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to Territory Account Managers , ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong engagement &relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our product's presence within these accounts.

  • Address any challenges or concerns that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Skillfully negotiate and close contracts, optimizing company profits while meeting customer needs. Align sales goals with customer expectations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to the internal team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Data Analysis:

  • Regularly report on team and individual performance, market trends, and sales forecasts to senior management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.

Digital Strategy Integration

  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize online campaigns targeting.

  • Demonstrated experience and skill in conducting performance and needs analysis and ability to summarize and communicate needs and recommendations to management at all levels verbally and in writing. Demonstrate ability to work independently.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, economics or similar.

  • Minimum of 5 years in the similar position

  • Experience in setting and implementing sales strategies, as well as managing budgets and resources

  • Proven track record in Commercial, sales roles with the focus on creating and maintaining long-term business relationships

  • Strategic and creative mindset.

  • Project management and effective organization skills.

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills

  • Experience in Marketing or Medical would be an asset.

This position requires readiness to travel across the country and Cluster - up 70% travel
