Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Taiwan Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Sales Manager.

Job Location:

Vishay Taiwan, Ltd was established since 1998. We provide a comprehensive service and products of discrete and passive components, Semiconductor devices and equipment applicable to automotive, industrial, communication, aerospace, computing and consumer products. We have been servicing many electronic manufacturers in Taiwan for many years.  We are located in the central core of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Qizhang MRT Station and Yulon City mall.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Vishay’s business across Taiwan
  • Team Management
  • Key Accounts Management, EMS, ODM, OEM, distribution partners
  • Project & Order Management
    • Drive design-in and demand creation at customer R&D centers
    • Forecast sales, pipeline, and revenue with accuracy
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and pricing dynamics
    • Collaborate with regional marketing, Business development, and global division teams

What you will bring along:

  • A background in EE or related science/engineering fields is typically preferred.
  • At least 5-10 years of sales experience in the electronics industry, including 2-3 years of managerial experience leading a team.
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Proficient Excel and Excel Power BI prefer
  • Addition Business or MBA degree prefers
