Upholds and demonstrates Fundwell’s values, to both internal and external stakeholders
Creates and nurtures a healthy, supportive and collaborative team culture
Leads the sales team to meet and exceed goal achievements
Positively impacts key metrics, including applications submitted, decline rates and funded revenue
Sets clear sales strategies for the sales team
Coach/trains sales teams to improve their skills and performance
Boosts sales team morale through recognition and connecting their work to a higher purpose
Hires and retains top sales talent for the team and helps grow their careers
Translates company policies and procedures to the sales team
Tracks and reports on sales performance and provides actionable insights
