Sales Manager - Outbound

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, data-driven Outbound Manager to lead and scale our high-performing sales team. You’ll own the performance, growth, and momentum of the department - driving contact rates, conversion, and revenue every single day.

You’ll lead Team Leaders and Agents, ensuring every lead is worked, every opportunity maximised, and every process runs like clockwork. This role suits a fast-paced, commercially minded leader who thrives on coaching, performance, and precision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hungry sellers.

  • Drive outbound KPIs across talk time, utilisation, and conversion.

  • Ensure every lead is called within SLA and pipelines stay clean and active.

  • Collaborate with Ops, Marketing & Tech to improve routing, tools, and performance.

  • Build a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.
