Leads Fundwell’s FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, performance reporting, capital planning, and financial decision support. Partners with the CEO and functional leaders on resource allocation, profitability, risk, and growth. Oversees the Controller and accounting function, develops finance talent, improves systems and automation, and provides executive-level reporting. The role requires fintech, payments, or lending expertise and may develop into the company’s CFO.

Leads Fundwell’s partnership strategy and revenue growth across affiliate, referral, channel, lead-generation, and integrated partnerships. Sources, negotiates, launches, and expands relationships with banks, lenders, fintech platforms, and ecosystem partners. Owns commercial models, contracts, partner onboarding, go-to-market plans, forecasting, performance tracking, and executive business reviews while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with prospects, manage sales pipelines, build relationships with business owners, and collaborate to exceed sales targets.

Interns will work on AI-powered tools and automation workflows, presenting results to a leadership panel by the end of the program, with prize incentives for performance.
