Regional Sales Manager – ASC, EMS & Outpatient MarketLocation: Nationwide (Remote) | Travel: ~50% Domestic

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead national sales efforts across Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and outpatient care facilities. This role blends technical sales expertise with strategic business development—focused on medical central gas systems, devices, and infrastructure solutions that power modern healthcare delivery.

🧭 What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a national sales strategy targeting ASCs, EMS providers, and outpatient surgical centers
Drive new business and expand existing accounts for medical gas systems, devices, and clinical equipment
Build strong relationships with ASC administrators, EMS purchasing teams, medical directors, and facility managers
Influence early-stage project specs by collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors
Manage a robust sales pipeline across direct and channel routes—from lead generation to contract close
Represent the company at national EMS and ASC trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Partner internally to design tailored solutions that meet evolving clinical needs
Strengthen channel partnerships with dealers, distributors, and independent reps nationwide
Deliver accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior leadership
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) for funnel management and reporting
5+ years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or facility systems
Proven success selling into ASCs, EMS agencies, or outpatient healthcare construction projects
Understanding of healthcare purchasing cycles and capital budgeting in clinical and municipal settings
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 50%
Are a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a “go-getter” mindset
Know how to prospect, influence, and close complex sales across multiple stakeholders
Understand EMS operations, ASC workflows, and medical gas infrastructure
Communicate with clarity and confidence—whether speaking to technical teams or C-suite executives
