About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Leasing Consultants, coaching and inspiring them to deliver standout results. You’ll be hands-on, supporting your team with daily mentoring, regular catch-ups, and celebrating wins big and small. You’ll drive sales performance, shape strategy, and make sure every customer gets the Oly experience—simple, transparent, and stress-free.

What you’ll do:

  • Mentor and motivate your team every day, with regular one-on-ones and annual reviews
  • Recognise great results and encourage the behaviours that make Oly special
  • Identify training needs and help your team grow
  • Develop and roll out sales strategies to hit targets and keep us ahead of the pack
  • Manage daily workflows and keep an eye on performance metrics
  • Continuously improve our sales process, from call flow to scripting
  • Jump in to resolve escalated calls or quality issues when needed
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, from dealerships to senior management
  • Look for ways to make our processes even better for our customers

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales management, ideally in telephony or vehicle sales
  • A proven track record of smashing sales targets and keeping customers happy
  • Experience coaching and developing sales teams
  • 3–5 years’ people management experience
  • Bonus points for experience in salary packaging or novated leasing
