Job Description
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualifying leads, to delivering compelling demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Work with enterprise-level clients across key industries such as retail, finance, telecom, automotive, and travel.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy.
- Communicate Insider’s value proposition clearly and effectively through customized proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to support pipeline generation through creative outbound tactics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the executive level.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and deliver reliable forecasts to the sales leadership team.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Leverage our strong brand, inbound demand, and SDR-qualified leads to accelerate deal cycles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their business needs and aligning Insider’s solutions accordingly.
- Contribute feedback to product and marketing teams to help improve customer experience and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to ensure consultative and informed selling.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS, MarTech,
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Proven verbal and written communication abilities, effective phone skills, and exquisite listening skills
- Our technical knowledge goes well beyond that of any other salesperson. You need to be a savvy tech bug, always searching for solutions and ideas.
- Ability to succeed working cross-functionally with direct sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Superior project and time management skills
- The ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Previous experience with retail, finance, automotive, telecom and travel industries is a big plus!
