Arısan Kimya has been engaged in the import and marketing of chemicals since its establishment in 1988, providing formulation support, consulting, and technical assistance. To meet the high demand we encounter, we distribute products to our customers from our warehouses in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate sales results and market trends to senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Arısan’s products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the pharma industry prefered.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
