As a Sales Manager at Amadeus, you will focus on driving new business across our market-leading hospitality products, while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with current clients. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, developing tailored solutions, and closing business with hotel clients, all while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This includes proactive prospecting, generating new leads, and engaging in outreach methods like cold calls
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring long-term client success and satisfaction
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer tailored, customer-centric solutions that align with clients’ business objectives
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Use your product expertise to showcase how Amadeus Hospitality products can drive operational efficiency and growth for hotel clients
  • Proposal Development and Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client needs, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets.

What we're seeking:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and selling to senior executives
  • Expertise in enterprise software sales and the ability to craft and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Willingness to travel as needed and stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
