What You’ll Do

  • Coach and develop a team of sales representatives.
  • Hold agents accountable to achieving certain levels of performance across established metrics
  • Achieve objectives through effective performance management of their team
  • Work effectively with senior leadership to execute on company OKRs
  • Lead presentations about the agency for a variety of audiences
  • Provide feedback about agency technology, leads, carriers, and customer experience
  • Participate in process improvement projects as needed
  • Accomplish additional assigned tasks as needed


What You Offer

  • Minimum of 2-years of contact center sales leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success in selling or managing personal insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills; able to use data to drive performance
  • Ability to develop and motivate agents
  • Motivated, self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • College degree in relevant field preferred


Nice to Have 

  • 2+ years of insurance or mortgage related experience
