About the Role:

As the Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue per available room by directing sales activities towards top accounts and bookings. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts in negotiated, group, and wholesale/retail segments, engaging in full account management, and driving business development within your designated territory. From meeting set targets and quarterly goals to assisting the Director of Sales with strategic insights, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts. This entails conducting site inspections, fostering relationships through networking engagements, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to guarantee the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Key Components:

- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Generate regular reports and reviews using sales and financial data.
- Lead negotiations and address any concerns or objections.
- Develop segment strategies and provide market insights.
- Prepare and negotiate group proposals and terms.
- Conduct site inspections and client entertainment events.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize results.
