HUNTER's JOB DESCRIPTION
• Use call recordings (e.g. Gong) and coaching sessions to continuously improve
discovery and demo quality.
Partnerships and co-sell
• Build and maintain your own network at our platform partners - Meta and Snap -
proactively finding new people to collaborate with and drive pipeline outcomes.
• Run co-sell motions with partners (for example CPV programmes with Meta and DPA
initiatives with Snap) in your region.
• Work agency partners (media and creative agencies) as a route to brands, and build
lasting relationships on active accounts.
Cross-functional
• Sync regularly with the CSM team to protect onboarding quality and ensure the right
capacity for won deals.
• Feed prospect questions and product feedback to Product and Product Marketing (e.g.
via the relevant Slack channels).
• Surface key blockers and enablers in the sales process so we keep improving the
motion across the organisation.
• Leverage marketing resources and give input on collateral - what works, what is
missing, and how to improve it.
Leadership
• Help interview candidates across the commercial team.
• Influence others beyond your direct reporting line through strong communication.
• Lead projects with company-wide impact (e.g. improving how we demo, building a
case study, refining a partner motion).
Must have's
● A track record of closing full-cycle B2B deals independently - from discovery through
negotiation to signed contract.
● Ability to build and manage a self-generated pipeline, with strong coverage to
reliably reach revenue targets.
● Comfort engaging performance marketers and heads of digital media - you know
how they think and what they care about.
● Knowledge of the ad-technology market, especially performance advertising and
the Meta / Snap / Google ecosystems.
● Understanding of the competitive landscape and how to position our product within
it.
● Strong grasp of the product offering and value proposition, and the ability to
articulate how it solves real business problems for customers.
● Comfort working in a tooling-heavy, AI-augmented workflow - CRM discipline,
personalised outreach, and benchmark-driven selling.

Key activities performed on a regular basis
Sales and sales management
• Close deals to bring new revenue to ROI Hunter, owning the cycle through legal review
and procurement.
• Engage prospect organisations with strategic proposals, partner-leveraged meetings,
and ROI Hunter-generated meetings.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during the sales process; keep records current
and provide accurate quarterly projections.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of customers in your key markets, with
coverage sufficient to hit the target.
• Run discovery, demo, and proposal with a predictable success rate; qualify with
MEDDICC.
AI-augmented prospecting and outreach
• Self-source opportunities using our outreach system - personalised landing pages
paired with multi-touch email and LinkedIn sequences.
• Use our benchmark and catalogue-report data to make pitches specific, credible, and
tailored to each prospect.
• Keep HubSpot (Together pipeline) accurate and up to date; use it for forecasting and
reporting.
Skills Required
