About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic Sales Managers to join our client's team and contribute to achieving set sales targets in
the real estate industry. The role offers a blend of office-based and flexible work arrangements, with
opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
- Proactively manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Lead Management:
- Manage and convert qualified leads received through walk-ins, online inquiries, campaigns, and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and same-day responses to all assigned leads with proper updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead lifecycle records in Salesforce.
Broker & Partner Relationship Management
- Drive sales through both direct sales channels and broker/referral networks.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers, clients, and partners.
- Provide brokers with updated product knowledge, offers, and sales support.
Client Engagement & Presentations
- Deliver professional and engaging sales presentations to clients highlighting property features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Address client requirements and objections with product knowledge and market insights.
Marketing & Events Participation
- Actively participate in exhibitions, mall activations, and other promotional events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring positive brand perception.
Requirements
- Fluent Farsi and a deep understanding of Iran and Iranian business culture
- Min 3-5 years of experience with UAE real estate developers.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
- Expertise in indirect sales through real estate agencies.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, energetic.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and email communication.
- English language is mandatory.
Benefits
