Define compliant, data-driven opportunities across US, European, UK, and emerging markets; translate strategy into data products and experiments; and provide benchmarks and best practices. The role is advisory, senior-stakeholder focused, and centered on measurable commercial outcomes.

Leads end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution architecture and ERP transformation programs. Designs Finance and Project-to-Profit processes, conducts stakeholder workshops, governs solution delivery, supports pre-sales, and guides implementation teams through testing, deployment, and hypercare. Requires deep D365 Finance and Project Operations expertise, global finance transformation experience, and professional French and English proficiency for customer engagement, UAT, training, and change management.

Build relationships with Salesforce stakeholders, generate and manage pipeline, lead sales from prospecting through contract signature, develop winning propositions with internal teams, and achieve multi-million-pound revenue targets.

Design and deliver a complete Customer Experience Research and Monitoring Framework for a KSA government organization. Responsibilities include defining customer segments, priority journeys, measurement methods, KPI and CSAT architectures, journey maps, benchmarking, governance, reporting and dashboard structures, stakeholder engagement, and an implementation roadmap for 2026–2027.
