About the Role
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, managing vehicle inventory, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with BMW and Group standards.
Taking ownership of the dealership's sales operations, you’ll:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a dynamic sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Implement effective sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a high-performance culture through ongoing training, mentoring, and career development.
- Drive showroom standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
