As a Sales Manager for Power Conversion, you will drive business growth by managing the full sales lifecycle for complex power stability and electrification solutions across ANZ. Essential Responsibilities
- Within ANZ, responsible for selling products and solutions to meet our customer’s requirements. Products include STATCOMs, Synchronous Condensers, MV Drives, SFC's etc. Market sectors include Grid Utilities, Rail, Renewables, Data centres, Oil & Gas and Mining.
- Developing commercial expertise across ANZ, product lines, markets and sales processes
- Influences customer outcomes and ensures client satisfaction across a large and diverse sales territory.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
- Utilises understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
- Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis.
- Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in sales, commercial, or business development roles within Energy, Renewables, Rail, Datacentres, Electrical Utilities or adjacent infrastructure sectors.
- Strong exposure to the Australian and New Zealand energy sector, including transmission, renewables or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex, long‑cycle sales opportunities independently
- Experience with power electronics or rotating electrical equipment is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging at senior customer levels
- Clear, structured communication and presentation skills
- A collaborative working style and the ability to influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams
- Willingness and ability to travel across ANZ as required (up to ~25%)
