You're about to embark on an exciting journey with Costa's Sales Source Market department. As a Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of defining our business activities and strategies. Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:
- Strategy & Business Activities: You'll bring your energy and determination to collaborate with our sales team and international functions, ensuring we achieve impressive goals.
- Partnership Management: Your role involves managing and developing relationships with travel agencies in your region, fostering strong partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring their success and impact.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and lead customer events, presentations, fam trips, and product training sessions, creating memorable experiences.
- Revenue Development & Regional Growth: You'll take ownership of the revenue performance in your assigned region by driving the regional sales strategy, strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and acquiring new travel agency partners to support sustainable growth.
