THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will lead, develop, and coach a high performing Outside Sales team to help secure new lifelong customers! Your expertise will be used to create strategic sales plans and provide insight on best practices to help your team reach their monthly quotas. Setting a prime example, you will embody the values of REECE for your team to aspire to!

YOUR BACKGROUND

• High School education or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Outside Sales role
• Excellent customer service skills with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Previous industry and managerial experience preferred

• Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
• Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.

• Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
