We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Visa Services sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing and coaching the sales team across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and ensuring excellent customer consultation throughout the visa application process.
This role requires strong leadership, sales management experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
Sales Management & Team Leadership
- Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of 6 Sales Executives across Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity.
- Support team members in handling complex customer cases and closing deals.
- Build a positive, proactive, and customer-oriented sales culture.
- Drive sales growth for visa consulting and related services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Coordinate closely with operations and visa processing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
RequirementsRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, International Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Team Management.
- Experience in visa services, travel consultancy, immigration services, education consultancy, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Candidates who can start immediately are strongly preferred.
