About The Role

We're seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with proven experience closing deals for user acquisition (UA) solutions in the AdTech and Mobile Marketing industry. If your background is in selling performance-driven DSPs, RTB, or sophisticated mobile advertising networks, this is the ideal role for you.

You will be directly responsible for aggressively expanding our international portfolio of app developers and mobile advertisers, securing high-value, strategic UA budgets, and establishing long-term, profitable partnerships that fuel their user growth and drive our company's meaningful business expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage high-level sales relationships with mobile growth leaders, user acquisition managers, and performance marketing budget holders at international companies.
  • Proactively close and negotiate contracts for UA campaigns, focusing on performance metrics like CPI, CPA, and ROAS. This includes defining campaign terms, securing budgets, and articulating the clear business value of our platform.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by employing efficient lead generation, proactive outreach, and strategic networking within the mobile app ecosystem.
  • Identify significant upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand UA budgets with existing key partners based on successful performance.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment with a relentless focus on exceeding measurable sales and revenue targets.

Who You Are

  • User Acquisition Sales Expert – 1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience selling user acquisition or performance-focused solutions within AdTech, DSP, Mobile Ad Networks, or similar platforms. Deep familiarity with the mobile app growth landscape and key UA decision-makers is essential.
  • Strong Negotiator & Closer – Exceptional ability to secure large-scale UA budgets and cultivate long-term, high-value partnerships. Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew.
  • Performance-Focused & Autonomous – A proactive, self-starter who excels at hitting and exceeding aggressive revenue targets in highly competitive mobile advertising markets.
  • Account Growth Specialist – Clear track record in successful upselling and budget expansion within existing advertiser or app developer accounts.
  • Client-Side Understanding (Nice to Have) – Prior experience as a UA/Performance Marketing Manager, Mobile Budget Holder, or within a mobile-focused advertising agency.
