Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and closing
- Develop and manage direct customer relationships, ensuring strategic alignment with client business needs
- Build, manage and close a strong pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities
- Manage key customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Forcepoint's Data Security Everywhere
- Manage and report sales pipeline with high accuracy in forecasting and deal progression
- Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to deliver effective and compelling customer propositions
- Work closely with key local partners, VARs, and SIs to maximize market coverage
- Provide regular business updates to regional leadership and contribute to SEA growth strategy

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or enterprise software
Vendor-side experience is a bonus, with preference for candidates from cybersecurity or data security vendors (DLP, DSPM, CASB, etc.)
- Experience selling to regulated industries with knowledge of local compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape (e.g., Microsoft, Broadcom, Trellix, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope)
- Driven, resilient, and strategic thinker
- Open to candidates with system integrator (SI) background who have directly driven customer business
- Consistent career history, with proven track record of quota achievement and customer relationship development
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
- Solid understanding of forecasting accuracy, opportunity planning, and closing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working directly with Government, Education or Healthcare customers is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
