For our Johns Manville Sales GmbH - Poland - we are looking with immediate effect for a 

Sales Manager Poland; unlimited contract, full-time.

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales and revenue in Roofing, Geotextiles, Flooring, Gypsum, Composites & Specialties and Thermal Insulation in Poland.

Your tasks

  • Negotiate with assigned customers on all commercial and technical matters.
  • Regular research on market size, competitors and industry trends.
  • Development/implementation of strategies to secure business as well as profitable growth.
  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • Identify new product applications and drive product development projects forward.
  • Development and review of the operating plan (sales plan)
  • Work closely with other F&I sales managers, technical service, inside sales and product management.

Your profile

  • You have a degree or a diploma in a technical or commercial profession with corresponding professional experience in sales and marketing.
  • You have product knowledge and expertise of our glass and spunbond products
  • You have very good communication and presentation skills
  • Good collaboration skills with internal and external business partners at all levels
  • You speak fluent Polish and English. German is an added advantage.
  • A high degree of independence and willingness to travel is expected of you
  • You have very good knowledge in SAP and MS-Office applications.
