This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial&Operations
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets for the OEM segment: analyze competitor activity and market trends to refine positioning, Identify and prioritize high-potential clients.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and partners.
- Mentor and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, product launches, trade shows and providing forecasts and market intelligence
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
Your background
- 10 years of proven track record of performances /exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market and managing high-performing sales teams, working as relevant role with related Automotive industry in the automation market
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to translate technical features into consumer benefit
- Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling
- Knowledge of Portfolio, financial, commercial negotiation with customers
- A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms
