61    Take full responsibility for business development within designated areas. Leverage existing business to enhance sales performance, generate new revenue streams, and identify upselling opportunities. Proactively pursue new clients, using various channels and strategies to expand the customer base and drive sustainable business growth.
61    Collaborate closely with the related product team and P&L Owners to align business development efforts with company strategies and financial objectives. Strive to maximize the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) through effective cross-functional teamwork.
61    Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets. Foster a high-performance sales culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
61    Proactive Team Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of initiative and proactive leadership. In addition to ensuring the continuous development of personal business, inspire and lead the sales team to achieve collective goals.
61    Actively participate in strategic planning and implementation processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of the contributions from Global Key Accounts, Regional Key Accounts, and local control business. Establish achievable budgets and targets, along with a continuous 3-month rolling forecast, to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
61    Fulfill and exceed customer expectations by delivering the highest level of service. Identify and capitalize on business potential to drive strong growth and maximize the utilization of available opportunities.
61    Take responsibility for financial results and maintain continuous supervision of the financial status. This includes activities in financial controlling, and strategic planning. Ensure effective management and supervision of billing, job-costing, and loss file control processes.
61    Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's diversified products and a deep understanding of the local industry verticals, including Automotive, Hi-tech, Machinery, etc. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
61    Result-Oriented Optimization: Continuously optimize processes and strategies to drive results.
61    Effectively implement marketing and sales management strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to maximize ROI.
61    Develop and execute business strategic plans that support the company's long-term vision and goals.
61    Stay alert to market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Conduct regular market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
