What we need from you:
- Previous experience as a New Car Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing inventory, pricing, and dealership performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, CRM platforms, and automotive technology.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
